Cascade Euphoria

Service Description

The Cascade Euphoria Tour originates in Eugene, Oregon. The tour is five days total including four days of magnificent road cycling amongst the Cascade Mountains followed by a final day to fully enjoy soaking at Belknap Hot Springs.  ​Tour highlights include Belknap Hot Springs, cycling through the Cascade Peaks, Salt Creek Falls, Smith Rock State Park, and Dee Wright Observatory. Participants should have previous cycling experience and be comfortable riding 5-8 hours per day for four consecutive days. Rides range from 58-78 miles (93-126 km). The most challenging climbing day has 5,215 ft (1,590 m) of cumulative elevation gain. We have carefully designed the tour with support stops which allow a rider to opt out of a portion of the hill climbing and/or route distance depending upon an individual rider’s preference.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $500 is required at time of booking to secure space. $250 of the deposit is a nonrefundable fee. Full payment is required 90 days before departure date. If you decide to cancel your trip, written notice is required. The following fees apply: 91+ days prior to departure = $250 61 to 90 days = $500 31 to 60 days prior to departure = 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable 0 to 30 days prior to departure = 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable Summit Cycling Adventures LLC reserves the right to cancel all or a portion of a trip for force majeure or any other circumstances beyond our control, and, in the event of such cancellation, full or partial refunds, if any, will be at Summit Cycling Adventures LLC sole discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel any trip if sign-up is inadequate to make the trip economically feasible for us to operate, and in this event, we will give a full refund of the trip price. However, Summit Cycling Adventures LLC is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip (e.g., nonrefundable air tickets, visa fees if applicable, gear or medical expenses).
